The agenda will continue with “Beginners” (November 5), an adaptation by Juan Cavestany of one of Raymond Carver’s best-known short stories. The piece revolves around love, through four characters who talk to each other, a “veteran” married couple and a couple of younger friends whose relationship is more recent.

Dance and percussion will also be present on the SKA stage, with “Currents” (November 12), with electronic sounds that will enhance the show, to give way a day later to “Doble o nada” (November 13), with the acclaimed Miguel Ángel Solá and Paula Cancio, a work of emotional impact full of twists and turns, with several nominations and awards.

“A Love Story” (November 14), by Alexis Michalik, who currently has four different plays on stage simultaneously in Paris, will deal with the love story between Katia and Justine, who disappears a few days after the birth of her daughter, conceived by artificial insemination.

El Festival Internacional de Teatro de Santurtzi, que este año celebra su 42ª edición, vuelve con más fuerza tras los difíciles momentos que nos ha deparado la pandemia, y de nuevo con el 100% del aforo. Del 29 de octubre al 28 de noviembre.

Este evento, más que arraigado en el calendario de las artes escénicas de nuestra zona, comenzará el 29 de octubre y finalizará el 28 de noviembre, con 15 fantásticos espectáculos programados que, como siempre, se representarán en el Serantes Kultur Aretoa.

El festival comenzará con la obra “Golfa” (29 de octubre), de la compañía Cremillo y dirigida por José Padilla. “Golfa” es la pintada que aparece en la puerta de un instituto y nos llevará a una historia de acoso a raíz de una ruptura entre dos adolescentes.

El precio del abono para socios en esta edición es de 100 euros (120 euros para el público general), y todas las obras (excepto la obra en euskera y la obra para niños y familias) tendrán un precio de entrada individual de 10 euros para los socios (12 euros para el público general).
