Museum competitive examinations

Applicants may only participate in one of the two calls (free admission or internal promotion) and, within the call for which they participate, they may only apply for one of the three Sections called (Archives, Libraries or Museums).

In addition to the requirements listed in the tenth base of the Order HFP/688/2017, of July 20, applicants must hold the degree of University Diploma, Technical Engineer, Technical Architect or Degree or have fulfilled the conditions to obtain it on the date of the deadline for submission of applications.

RESOLUTION of November 8, 2021, of the Complutense University of Madrid, by which the provisional lists of candidates admitted and excluded in the selective process for admission, by the general system of open access, in Scales of Group A, Subgroup A2 are approved.

Resolution of November 3, 2021, by which the composition of the Qualifying Tribunal of the selective process for admission, by the open access system, in the Scale of Assistants of Archives, Libraries and Museums, summoned by Resolution of September 7, 2021, is modified.

Resolution of June 8, 2021, of the Undersecretary’s Office, by which a selective process is called for admission, by the general system of free access and internal promotion, in the Corps of Assistants of Archives, Libraries and Museums.

The open access and internal promotion positions in the Archives Section are to be filled in the Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory.

The positions of free admission and internal promotion of the Libraries Section are for coverage in the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation and Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory.

The positions of free admission and internal promotion of the Museums Section are for coverage in the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Ministry of Defense and Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory.

Resolution Ministry of Culture and Sport, by which a selective process is convened for admission, by the general system of free access and internal promotion, in the Corps of Assistants of Archives, Libraries and Museums.

In addition to the requirements listed in the tenth base of the Order HFP/688/2017, of July 20, applicants must be in possession of the degree of University Diploma, Technical Engineer, Technical Architect or Degree or have fulfilled the conditions to obtain it on the date of the end of the deadline for submission of applications.

The selective process will be carried out by means of the competitive examination system for those candidates who apply for the free admission and by means of the competitive examination system for those candidates who apply for the internal promotion, with the evaluations, exercises and scores specified in Annex I of the bases.

In order to participate in these selective tests, the application for admission must be completed and submitted electronically on official form 790, which will be available at the General Access Point (http://administracion.gob.es/PAG/ips). Failure to submit the application in due time and form, as well as the lack of justification of payment of the examination fee or of being exempt from it, will result in the exclusion of the applicant. The identification and signature systems accepted for registration will be those determined by the IPS service: DNIe/electronic certificate, Cl@ve Permanent and Cl@ve Occasional (Cl@ve Pin).
